As the Digital Designer for ScaleHealth and Sierra Labs, I supported the Head of Design and Product in a comprehensive rebranding initiative. My primary challenge was navigating a sudden, critical pivot in our brand strategy to address the onset of COVID-19, which directly impacted all our event designs and communications. This required me to be highly adaptive, working closely with leadership to produce diverse creative content that not only reflected our new brand but also effectively met their rapidly evolving communication goals during a time of crisis.
